Being a restaurateur, for me, is not just a profession but a vocation. Every choice I make, from opening my first restaurant to the ongoing evolution of my brand, is driven by my strong instinct but above all by an incredible attention to people.
I believe that a culinary experience goes beyond the dish: it is made up of emotions, care and details that transform an ordinary moment into something extraordinary.
Thanks to a restless nature and an incessant desire to improve, I have created spaces that reflect my vision: welcoming, authentic, and capable of telling a story. I strive to always be at the forefront, not only to ensure the quality and uniqueness of the experiences I offer, but also to share my passion, every day, to those who walk through the doors of my restaurants.
My story
Education
My career began like many others: as a waiter. I didn’t think it would be the start of a real adventure, but my passion for food, my desire to learn and my curiosity about the world of hospitality pushed me deeper and deeper into it. At that time I realised that I was not going to stop at my role, but that I wanted to learn every aspect of this world, to truly understand what makes a perfect dining experience.
From being a waiter, I became a restaurant manager, where I learned the importance of teamwork, quick decision-making, and above all being able to listen to customers and understand what makes them happy. Every role I have held taught me something fundamental, which I now proudly apply to my work as a restaurateur. It is not just about food, but about connections, relationships, and emotions that we give to those who enter our restaurants.

When I decided to open my first restaurant, I knew it would be a huge challenge. It was not just about cooking, but about creating something that would carry my vision, my character. Filippo is not just the name of the restaurant, it is my passion put into practice every day, with the aim of offering a unique experience.
It was not easy, but every step I took helped me understand what it truly means to be an entrepreneur. It is not about knowing how to cook, you have to be able to manage, to innovate, to face daily challenges. For me, it has always been fundamental to remain true to myself, to my intuition, to the instinct that has guided me in every decision. I wanted to create a place where the menu changes and evolves, where customers can feel at home, where every detail contributes to the Filippo experience.
Every restaurant I have opened carries my vision and experiences. The greatest challenge has been to never stop, to always renew myself, to offer those who enter a different, exciting and immersive story.
